Summer sublease, 1 BR in beautiful 4 BR town home in Palo Alto

I'm looking to sublet my bedroom in a fantastic 4-bedroom 3.5-bath town house on the border of Palo Alto and Mountain View while I travel this summer.

DATES AVAILABLE: July 9 – September 17

LOCATION: The location is convenient for everything you could want. The house is right off of El Camino (but set back enough to not have street noise), a couple blocks north of the San Antonio Shopping Center. It's a 10-15 minute drive or 20-25 bike ride to Stanford, downtown Palo Alto, Sand Hill, downtown Mountain View, Google, etc. It's less than a 20 min walk to the San Antonio Caltrain station, and there's a bus a block away that runs to Palo Alto Caltrain or to San Jose. It's also walking distance to a bunch of restaurants and stores around the San Antonio Shopping Center. There are 6 groceries within a few blocks.

THE HOUSE: It's a three-story townhouse that was built about 4 years ago and is beautiful. We looked at many places before moving in, and this was easily the nicest. There's central A/C throughout the house. There's a huge common space with a great kitchen (all-new appliances, dishwasher granite counters, etc.) and living room (big TV, the comfiest couch you will ever experience). The bottom floor has my roommate’s and bathroom and the garage only; the common areas are on the second floor and the other three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (including mine) are on the third floor. There's a washer and dryer on the third floor. The living room and kitchen, as well as all kitchen items like cookware, are shared. There's a balcony and a private ground-floor patio, plus a grill area shared by the neighbors.

There are 12 townhouses in the complex, mostly families. Parking is easy in either shared spaces in the driveway of the complex or on the street. There's a garage (parked in by other roommates) where you can store a bike.

THE ROOM: The room is about 120 square feet; shared bath with 1 other roommate. The room is furnished with a queen sized bed, dresser, closet, chair, and TV. I can provide linens and towels if needed.

THE ROOMMATES: There are 2 female and 1 male roommates. Two are 24-26 and they work in banking and at a tech startup; one is a 31-year-old middle school teacher. All are social but also enjoy being laid back at home, and relaxing watching TV in the common living room. We're all decently neat but don't mind a bit of clutter. A fantastic cleaning team comes every two weeks.

THE RENT: The rent plus all utilities, internet, and cleaning would be $1800/month. If the timing is different we can prorate the cost.

NOTES:

• The roommates would prefer someone age 24 or up.
• No pets.
• I'd prefer someone who can take the room for the whole or almost whole time I'm gone, but I'd consider shorter-term sublets or flexible dates, prorated. Perferred at least 1.5 months.
• Skype or in-person interviews/tours work fine.
