Summer sublet 1-BR in a 3-BR Apt in EV available Jun.13-Sep.13

Hi,

I am subletting my bedroom in a 3-bedroom apartment in EV lowrise from 13 June until 13 September. By rule of graduate housing, the subletter must be female and affiliated to Stanford.

The apartment is fully furnished with all the necessary kitchenware, utensils, microwave, two fridges/ freeezers, oven, bed, dresser, closet, desk, shelves, etc. There are a spacious kitchen and living room and a shared bathroom. There is free laundry (washer-dryer) and high speed internet connection. Parking space is also provided in front of the building (permit required).

Preference goes to those who can keep the room clean and is interested in a 3-month lease but dates remains flexible.
