Summer Sublet Available for Grad Student in EV

My one-bedroom duplex apartment in Escondido Village is available for sublet June 16-Aug 20 for any Stanford affiliated graduate student, faculty or staff over the age of 22. The rent is $1450 / month (negotiable) including all utilities, wireless internet, free domestic phone calls, etc. The apartment is located along the Marguerite shuttle circuit, and close to El Camino, with bike racks and parking space just outside. The apartment comes fully furnished, including a kitchen with dishware / cooking utensils, microwave / toaster, huge amounts of closet space which will be empty for you, lamps, etc. If you need anything else that I can provide, I'm more than happy to. The apartment is spacious, with tons of sunlight, and perfect for a couple or very roomy for one person.
