Summer Sublet Close to Stanford: from 6/22 to 9/18

We are subletting a shared room in a adorable blue house. It is very spacious and sunny with a backyard. The house is 2 miles from Stanford campus. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was recently refurbished so everything is in great shape and all appliances are new. You would be living with three girls who are working in the Palo Alto area.
We are looking for someone to live in the house for the remainder of the summer. The dates we are looking for 6/22 to 9/18 but either side is negotiable. The rent is $1000 per month but that is also negotiable. Utilities are included in rent.
