I am renting out my bedroom in a two-bedroom, one bath apartment, for whole summer, while I am in Europe. It is a newly built, beautiful apartment, just 10 minutes away from Berkeley, 7 minutes away from Berkeley Downtown BART station. You would live with my roommate, who is a student at Berkeley and also working full time.

Lots of windows/ Lots of sunshine

Free parking only 4 minutes walking distance (I will show you where)
There is an amazing roof top with a overview of the whole Bay Area. You can study/relax there or just hang out.

Rent is $950 per month. It is a very good deal for such an excellent room in North Berkeley. I lowered it from $1250 I am paying.
