This room is available from mid-July (around July 13th) to August 31st. Move-in and out dates are very flexible. The end date cannot be extended.

- partially furnished bedroom (desk, shelves, chair) in our house in Willows Menlo Park (the border of Menlo Park - Palo Alto)
- The room is the upper level of the house
- 2 bathrooms (both shared), kitchen, washer/dryer, garage/parking space, backyard w/ terrace, hot tub, greenhouse, woodshop, storage in basement/garage
- Utilities/Internet are collected separately by a housemate and split equally
- 5 other housemates, all of whom are Stanford grad students
Other things:
- 15 minute drive to Stanford campus
- 15 minute bike ride to Stanford campus
- The house is owned by a Stanford professor who rents it out to Stanford design students
- Current tenants are all Stanford design students in their late 20s (1M, 5F)
- The house is 2 stories + a basement. Garage unit is separate from the house and has 2 stories.
- Common spaces include a large living room and kitchen
- Backyard includes patio, terrace, hot tub, greenhouse, cider press, BBQ, hammock, fruit trees
