The Room

House rules:
The goal is for drama free and household harmony.
No shoes in the house, with shoe racks in the garage.
No drugs/smoking /pets/overnight guest(s). These are deal breakers.
Treat others with patience and respect.
Rent/Utilities/Security deposit/Cleaning fee:
Rent : $1600 / month, 3 months minimum.
Utilities : $100 per month , including water, gas, electric, garbage and wifi.
Security Deposit : $1600 refundable if no damages at departure.
Cleaning fee : $100 deduct from deposit upon departure.

I am the owner (F), a retiree from Oracle/Sun Microsystems and I live in the master bedroom with private bath.
