I'm subletting my premium studio in brand new Kennedy graduate housing, from Mid June to Mid September. The apartment is FULLY furnished and very clean; kitchen utensils are all included; a queen size bed with very comfortable mattress and bedding set; study desk, shelf and a chair; couch; leather chair; dining set; microwave; toaster; shoe cabinet, floor lamp, 6 drawers for clothes; and a 48" smart TV are included as well. As you can see in the pictures, a large (wall size) closet can fit all your stuff.

Rent is 1800$ per month and includes all utilities (High speed internet, heat, electricity, water, gas, laundry) and facilities. There is plenty of parking space around the building.

Kennedy housing is the most recently built (2014) apartments on Stanford campus, with walking/biking distance to the campus, and minutes to the Town and County shopping center and Stanford shopping center. The building is a quiet graduate residence.
