Summer Sublet - Room in Rains 2-bedroom apartment! $1,041/month :-)

Hi!

I'm looking to sublet my room in a Rains 2-bedroom apartment on campus from June 10th through September 8th. Due to Rains policy, you must be a male. I'm somewhat flexible with the dates--contact me for more info.

The apartment has two bedrooms and one bathroom. It's fully furnished and has a full kitchen and living room. Your bedroom door has its own key lock. Free washer/dryer is located in a building close by. My roommate is staying over the summer and will be occupying the other bedroom. He's a nice guy and is typically gone the whole day and tends to be pretty quiet when he's home.
