HOUSE: Come live in a beautiful, sunny 3br 3ba with bay views. Hardwood floors throughout the house, with new carpets in the bedrooms. Built in 2000’s, renovated recently. Common areas (Kitchen, living room and deck) are on the top floor (3rd) of the building with amazing views of the Bay. Washer/Dryer are available for your convenience on-site.

Fully furnished kitchen, with a
 new Fridge, Stove and Dishwasher available.
LIVING ROOM: Roku TV in the living room, with Chromecast, Netflix, and Amazon Prime all included.

NEIGHBORHOOD: Located in the desirable Potrero Hill neighborhood of San Francisco. Great restaurants nearby within walking distance in Dogpatch (3rd street), Potrero 18th street (Restaurants, shops, and more). Groceries at Whole Foods and Trader Joes not too far away.

COMMUTE / TRANSIT: Located on 25th street and Mississippi St, It’s a short walk to 22nd Caltrain, short walk to K/T Muni line (Third and 23rd), and directly on the 48 muni bus route that connects to 24th Mission BART station. Convenient access to Hwy 280 and 101 for a quick getaway to the south/peninsula. Plenty of free unlimited street parking available. Street cleaning is on Wednesday afternoon.

ABOUT ME: 2014 Stanford grad working at a startup. Travel and work means I’m not home often. Please take care of this home like it was your own. Outdoors enthusiast, I love to ski, camp, and rock climb. Other roommate is also a young grad at a startup. Both have their own rooms and bathrooms.
