Sunny Palo Alto Room for Rent (single female), ASAP

We have a room for rent in our Palo Alto 3BR/2BA apartment starting ASAP, for a single female, preferably a Stanford student or affiliate. You will be sharing the house with a Stanford and Berkeley alumni, both females, both working. The place is very near Safeway, CVS and Walgreens, and there are many restaurants within walking distance (Subway, etc). It is a 15-min bike to the middle of Stanford University.

The room can come furnished with a simple bed frame, a thick single memory foam mattress, a desk and a chair. It has a big walk-in closet, and and receives plenty of natural sunlight in the day time. You will have access to the kitchen and other common areas, like a swimming pool in the middle of the facility. Coin-operated laundry options are available within the facility as well.

The rent per month will be 1200, with additional utilities (typically 30-40 per month). We are looking for someone who can stay ASAP!
