Hello! Our third roommate will be moving soon, so we are looking for a female roommate to join our apartment! The room is available now, although the move-in date is flexible.
About the Apartment:
It is part of the Central Park at Whisman Station Apartments in Mountain View. The complex is well-maintained and has responsive leasing office and maintenance staff. Amenities include a pool, hot tub, fitness center and laundry room.

◦Nicely-sized Closet with Shelving
◦Shared Bathroom (shared with one other roommate)
◦Full Access to Apartment Common Areas and Kitchen
•Rent and Lease Terms
◦Rent Includes: Rent for Apartment, Gas, Trash
◦Additional: Internet (usually $17 per person), Electricity (divided evenly)
The total amount for rent + all utilities is usually around $950 a month
◦Lease: Our lease ends mid-Feb 2015. We're looking for someone who would like to take over our 3rd roommate's lease until then.
◦Application Fee: $35 (done through the apt. complex)
◦Deposit: $125 (payable to the person moving out. The complex will come to assess room quality, and provided the room is in excellent condition, this will be the amount.)

Freeways: right next to the 85/101 and 237 (accessible within 5 minutes no traffic)
Castro St. is a 5-minute drive
Grocery Stores: Safeway, Nob Hill, Ranch 99, and Nijiya Market are less than 10 minutes away. Milk Pail and San Antonio Shopping Center about a 15-minute drive
About the Roommates
We are fun and friendly ladies who are easy to live with. We keep busy with our own work and activities, but still hang out with each other - most often in the evening after work or for dinners out or at home.

Roomie Number 1: 23-year-old female Stanford Grad working at a tech company. She loves playing tennis, reading, and hiking.
Roomie Number 2: 31-year-old female UCLA grad working as a nurse, loves the great outdoors, traveling and reading.
We are seeking someone courteous, tidy, and who doesn't smoke. We keep the common areas of our apartment very clean and expect the same from our new roommate. Sorry, no pets or couples.
