The large, gourmet kitchen includes many quality amenities and bonuses along with an adjacent family room that is perfect for entertaining. The separate living room with marble fireplace and tasteful art has wonderful ambiance. Your extra large bathroom has a jacuzzi bathtub/shower with upgraded fixtures, skylight, plants, and a large, antique dresser for your personal items. The available 12 1/2 x 13 1/2 bedroom is furnished with a trundle daybed, chaise chair, dresser, and bookshelf. These can be removed to create the space you desire. There are French doors in the bedroom that open to a secluded, garden patio, with grill, umbrellaed eating table and chairs and an amazing organic vegetable garden in the summer/fall. There is a washer/dryer for your use. All utilities are included. There is a secure, detached 2 car garage behind an 8 foot fence w/ triple driveway that is used mostly for storage and daytime pet protection and lots of room for sporting equipment, etc. There is plenty of street parking directly in front of the house, so using the garage for cars isn't necessary. If you have a high end car, RV, or boat, an arrangement can be made for you behind the fence. There is a separate locking bicycle room adjacent to the house. The entire property is secure with an alarm system and motion lights.

There is one senior dog, one young adult dog and one outside cat on the property along with myself. We are all very happy and friendly. I am particularly quiet, laid back, and will respect your privacy. I'm into good health, fitness, cooking, gardening, outdoors and travel. I am a commercial pilot and small business owner. I work a lot. No overnight guests without prior notice. Thanks.
