Sunny room in friendly house of stanford post-docs

Hello hello,
I'll be going back to Europe leaving behind a sunny room in a friendly house close to California Avenue. You'll share the house with 5 other stanford post-docs who are all quite relaxed. The house is very international (Europe/US) and a good mix between female and male. The ambiance in the house is quiet chilled, everyone is following their studies so the house is quiet during the week, but the weekends we like to hang out and do for e.g. barbecues in the garden. The house is very clean (we have a cleaning service coming every two weeks that is included in the charges). A nice feature is our lemon tree in the garden. We have several bathrooms in the house, so you'll be sharing your bathroom with 2 other people. The rent 1,130.00 rent + charges wich results in a price of around 1,200.00 per month. The room will be free from May 18 on and is furnised (bed).
