Sunny Room in Friendly Shared House

We're looking for a new housemate!

Summary:
Room in a shared 5-bedroom house, very close to Stanford and Hwy 280.
Rent is $1003/month - that includes utilities, DSL, Netflix, and twice-monthly housecleaning.
Deposit is half a month's rent.
Room is available now, we're looking for someone to move in by around June 6th.
We would prefer someone for longer-term, in other words, a year or more.

The room has a large picture window, and a large closet.
It comes with a bed, desk, and bookshelves (though if you have your own things that's negotiable).
You will be sharing a bathroom (with shower and bathtub) with one other man.

The house is older, in a very nice, quiet neighborhood in West Menlo Park (close to the Dutch Goose, pizza, and Starbucks), with a deck and a view of the valley. There's a large dining/living room; a good-sized kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, shared cookware, etc. The house has a washer & dryer; a room for additional storage; and off-street parking. (No smoking and no pets, sorry.)

You would be sharing the house with four friendly housemates, (3 women / 1 man), aged 25-56. We are professionals/scientists. Though we have pretty busy lives, we do enjoy hanging out together, for example, watching movies, BBQing on the deck, hiking, exploring museums and the other great things in the bay area, or just chatting.
