Hi All!
A room is open in our spacious 3bd/1.5bath apartment. The apartment has a large, sunny kitchen, open living room, huge bathroom with a gorgeous tub and small back room (currently out TV room). There is in-apartment laundry, a dishwasher, a gas stove and tons of storage. The apartment has high ceilings and all rooms except the kitchen and bathroom have hardwood floors. The apartment is on the third floor so gets a lot of sun and privacy. There is a balcony and a shared backyard with our lovely neighbors on the second and first floor. The lease will be 6 months and then month to month.

The open bedroom has lots of storage space, gets plenty of sun and fits a queen bed and desk.

In the neighborhood, there are brunch places, restaurants, bars and gyms. It is an easy commute to the peninsula, east bay and downtown.

Our third roommate is moving to Ireland in April. We are two women in our late twenties and early thirties. We are looking a clean and thoughtful roommate to share the space that we love.
