The apartment is conveniently located within walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, gyms, and other facilities. Parking is easily accessible in this neighborhood, and several buses (1, 2, 28, 29, and 38) are all located within a one-block radius. You can also enjoy beautiful walks/runs to Golden Gate Park, Land's End, Park Presidio, and Ocean Beach.
The monthly rent is $825, excluding PG&E and telephone/Internet. Water and garbage are included. The apartment is spacious with a complete kitchen, living room, dining room, bathroom, three bedrooms, and washer/dryer.
