The space
Welcome to a quiet, cozy townhouse in Porter Square, best for scholars and working professionals. The home has three floors, and each floor has 3 private bedrooms. Guests are assigned to one of the available rooms.

Each room is fully furnished with a full or queen bed, closet or clothing rack, desk, chair, and a smart or key lock for privacy. You’ll share a fully equipped kitchen, with your own dedicated pantry space and fridge shelf, and a shared bathroom with no more than two other guests.

For years, this house has hosted Harvard, MIT, Tufts scholars, and visiting fellows at MGH and HMS, serving as a comfortable temporary home for study, research, and work.

Located in a safe, highly convenient neighborhood, close to transit and daily essentials. This is a furnished rental, not a vacation home—simple, clean, and functional, without unnecessary amenities. Please don't expect a vacation rental design in this house. This would be a good fit if you value location, safety, and quiet house than house design and amenities.

To ensure a peaceful and comfortable stay for everyone, please follow these house guidelines:

1. Quiet hours: 11 PM–6:00 AM.

2. Single occupancy only. Overnight visitors require prior approval and may incur a guest fee. Please check with the host in advance.

3. Shared spaces: Kindly clean the kitchen and bathroom after each use.

4. Respect the neighbors: No parties, excessive drinking, or illegal substances.

5. Safety: No smoking or open flames (including candles) inside the home.

6. Guest verification: After booking is confirmed, we require completion of a guest form and a photo ID on file. Please feel free to inquire before booking if you have any questions regarding this requirement.
