The space
This spacious loft-style condominium offers approximately 1,000 square feet of comfortable living space in the heart of Downtown Los Angeles. The open-concept layout provides plenty of room to relax, work, and unwind during your stay.

The fully renovated kitchen features quartz countertops, modern appliances, a dishwasher, microwave, stove, oven, full-size refrigerator, and coffee maker. The living area includes a Smart TV, comfortable seating, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a dedicated workspace ideal for remote work.

The primary bedroom features a queen-size bed. Additional sleeping accommodations include a daybed that can comfortably sleep two guests, along with a pull-out trundle mattress. The living room sofa can also accommodate an additional guest if needed, making the space suitable for up to five guests.

The unit includes a private in-unit washer and dryer conveniently located inside the bathroom, allowing guests to do laundry without leaving the unit.

The bathroom features a rainfall shower and reliable hot water. Guests also have access to the building’s rooftop pool.
