Welcome to our rustic and charming house built in 1905. It is conveniently located only 4miles or less from all exciting activities of Boston as well as major universities such as Northeastern University, Boston University etc..Each rooms offers free daily WiFi, and has a full range of necessities including towels, and bedding.
Arriving at late hours of the night? Check in at your leisure with the easy key-less entry..

The space
This is the smallest room in the entire house, but you will still find the comfort you need with it. My priority is that each of my guest feels home when they stay at the house. Thus I've included a mini fridge as well as a mini table inside the room to provide more privacy

The room offers a comfortable queen size bed along with a bedside lamp.

Overall, the apartment is pretty cozy, very clean, on the second floor of a 3 story apartment building. Very close to Malcolm-X park

Towels are provided.

To ensure everyone's safety, I have incorporated security cameras in all common areas of the house including the living room, kitchen, main hallway entrance.

Guest access
You will have access to your private bedroom and access to all the common spaces, including living room, kitchen, and bathroom.

Guest are free to use the microwave, the coffee machine and refrigerator. You are expected to clean after yourself.

The apartment has a stove and oven, BUT guests aren't allowed to use it.

Keep the common space clean and be considerate of others guest at the house
Quiet time: 9pm-8am EVERYDAY

There's free street parking available. Each guests must carefully read the signs on the street before parking their car during the day, or overnight. I will not be responsible for any parking tickets, or towing fees. I won't also be responsible for any damages to your car.

There's a $150 fee for touching or taking surveillance cameras
