Coming to Boston? My home is clean, quiet & close to the T. It's a 25 min drive to Downtown (public transportation can be about 40 min) & only a 15-30 min drive to area hospitals. You'll love my place due to how close it is (5 min walk)to the bus and the Commuter Rail ( West Roxbury stop on the Needham Line). There is free street parking but my place is best for guests who either do not have a car or just 1. My listing is good for guests who want a place to stay that is just outside of the city.
The space
This is an open space with zero privacy. This is the livingroom that other guests cut through to access the kitchen and bath. It comes with a daybed with a trundle bed underneath. You will have a closet that locks for your belongings.
Guest access
You are granted access to the kitchen, bathroom, and living room. Cooking is permitted only if you have experience using an electric stove and strictly follow the guidelines.
Other things to note
There is no backyard access, no driveway and no off street parking. The curb cuts on the street do not line up perfectly with my neighbor's driveways so please be sure to not block my neighbor's driveways when parking. Do not allow the UBER driver to pull in or block the driveway next to my house. You must walk up 3 flights of stairs to get to the space. The owner lives beneath you. I can exchange quarters with you for laundry, 3.00 for wash and 2.50 for the dryer and 50 cents each for soap/bleach.
Parking: Street parking only. Parking is not guaranteed and guests are responsible for complying with all local parking rules, including snow removal during winter storms.
Winter Notice: During snow season, guests using street parking are responsible for shoveling out their vehicle if needed. Snow removal services do not clear private vehicles or street parking spaces.
