About the Room:

This is a large room with plenty of space to have your own suite. There is a closet and lots of storage space. The bathroom has new tiles and the kitchen is large and opens into the dining room. The community is very safe and quite. The room gets a lot of light. It takes bus 22 to Grocery, campus and shopping center. It takes few mins for riding bikes to campus. We have covered as well as stacked driveway parking.

About You:

You are looking for responsible, clean and friendly roomie to share your equally responsible, clean and friendly values. We are the type that like to occasionally share a meal or movie together, so ideally, you like to do the same. We occasionally open up drinks, but please no smokers (of any kind), fem prefer. And sorry, no couples or families.

We can go by a month-to-month basis, if you give us a heads up. Will require first month's rent and almost equal amount as a security deposit. Our renewed lease term is till July 2016. This is our third year on the lease. Rent is 900, which is a good deal, given it's fully furnished. Utilities are split between us, keeping your total around $1k/mo.
