Sunny Spacious Room, Private Bathroom in RWC

We have a furnished bedroom with a private bathroom available as early as June 1, 2018. We are looking for a part-time/commuter tenant only.

Who we are:
We are a young professional couple in our early 30s/late 20s, one scientist and one environmental policy maker, with a fully furnished and equipped 2BD/2BA apartment. We enjoy sunny California days on our bikes, on the redwoods, or at the beach. We like to play music, to write, and to cook. We enjoy quiet evenings at home reading and cooking but also like to have friends over for dinner and drinks.

What we are looking for:
We would like to have a friendly, employed part-time roommate--ideally a commuter--who could use our extra bedroom during working days. We like to share meals and share the space that we've build around ourselves, but we also like our own space and balance in the house. We expect to only share our apartment with someone that is clean and respectful of others' space.

The terms:
$1,000 per month for working weekdays use of the room, all utilities included. Month-to-month for a start, and longer term possible after some time.
