Sunny studio in SF. Available July 31, 2007.

There is a large room with three great windows (south exposure so it is really sunny), a super large closet room, a corridor, a kitchen that can host up to four people, and a bathroom with a tube.

The studio is in San Francisco at 3364 22nd street, between Valencia and Guerrero (Mission district).

It's a super neighborhood (believe me, there are tons of bars, restaurant,

art galleries, bookstores...in my opinion is one of the best places of Sf)

close to the Caltrain station (10 minutes biking) and to the Bart (three

blocks away from the house). Not to hard to find a parking spot.

I was paying 950$/month. If you are interested in, we can negociate with the landlord to have the same price. Moreover you can buy all the furnitures that I got for ~400$ (I bought everything for 650$). ...which I think is a good deal for you (don't need

to shop around...which is painful, ...and things are still new)

and for me (don't have to post ads on internet and wait that people will

show up).
