Hi I would like to sublease my room in a 4-room house in 1102 Teal Drive, Sunnyvale. The house is 2000 square foot, and the room itself is around 200-300 square foot. House is redecorated in Nov, so everything is very new. You will share the bathroom with one other guy. All the people in the house work in tech industry and two of them work in Google. We are very clean and friendly. The house is very close to Apple and locate in a quite neighborhood. Please use following links to see the photos.

The starting date could be any date from Mid of January. And the lease ending date is Oct 2017. You can sign a new contract with the landlord afterwards. And the rent will be $1200 per month + bills.
