Hey, I have a room coming available in a spacious 2BR/1BA apartment in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood in Sunnyvale (off El Camino and Wolfe). The apartment is 1000-1200 sq ft, and your private room is approx 11 X 11. The unit comes with garage storage, off-street parking, nice back porch area, and laundry machines (coin). There is lots of natural light, and the neighborhood is very safe for those who like to take walks or jog. The rent starts FEB 1! It is month to month!

Walking distance to Safeway, Walgreens, UFC gym, etc etc. Very close to both 280 and 101.

I have furnished the common living spaces (including a 55" 4K smart TV), so you will only need to furnish your room. There is also a walk-in kitchen pantry, and additional room in storage closet. This place would be perfect for someone who doesn't have too much additional furniture ( but there is lots of storage in garage).

I work in SF M-Th and am out of the house 8-7 on those days. I'm 28 yo and just got my PhD from Stanford. I like a clean and quiet living space and don't bring the party home. However I do like to entertain sometimes (1-2 people). I have one friendly/quirky cat named Mango - if you get along with her and like to play with her that is a huge plus! I'm pretty socially well-rounded but like my quiet/zone-out time once I get home.

My ideal housemate is: female working professional 20-30s, single occupant, no additional pets. Keeps common areas tidy, sense of humor.. and has a full time job out of the house. It would be great if we both are around the same stage of life/can have some conversations about random stuff. :P This home is drug and drama free. :D
