The room is located between Sunnyvale and MountainView and is one bedroom of a 2B1B apartment. Roommate is a Stanford postdoc, male, having a regular life and no bad habits.
The entire apartment is approximately 800ft2 and the room to rent is approximately 120ft2. The room has furniture such as beds, tables and chairs. We need to share the kitchen, bathroom and the living room.

The lease period is from October 1 to the end of this year and lasts for 3 months.
The rent is $1050+utility, about $30-$50 per month.
Security deposit is $1050.
