Heading out of my place at The Julian on W Julian St in downtown San Jose and looking for someone to take it over from September 1, 2026 through March 12, 2027.

Two ways this can work. Take the entire 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment for about $3,900 a month plus utilities. Or just take one bedroom with its own private bathroom for $1,950 a month plus your share of utilities, sharing the unit.

The apartment is unfurnished, has its own washer and dryer, and central air. The building is on the newer side with a pool and spa deck, a gym, a rooftop terrace with fire pits, a resident lounge, coworking space, and a dog park with a pet wash. Cats and dogs are welcome, and garage parking is available on site.

You're a short walk from San Pedro Square and downtown restaurants, about five minutes from Diridon Station and SAP Center, with easy access to 87 and 280.
