Takeover 1br in a 2b2b apt located in North San Jose starting 1st July

Hello!

I’m looking for someone to takeover my bedroom that has an attached private bathroom in a 2bed 2bath apartment located in North San Jose, starting July 1st. The lease goes on until May 2020 and you can renew it beyond that. The rent is $1650 excluding utilities.

• The bedroom (br 2 in the floor plan) dimensions are 11’x12’. It has 2 closets and an attached private bathroom.
• The apartment size is 990 sq. ft. It has a washer and a dryer, and all the other usual appliances.
• It comes with a reserved parking space inside a garage
• It is located in a nice quiet apartment community called North Park apartments. The community has multiple gyms, swimming pools, hot tubs, barbecue grills, a park, a basketball court, a spin and movement studio, Starbucks and a grocery store.
• It’s pretty close to 237, the great mall, Levi’s stadium and tech companies such as Cisco, Samsung and PayPal.
• If you’re interested, I’m looking to sell the bedroom furniture as well.

You’ll be sharing the apartment with my friend who occupies the other bedroom. He’s in his late 20s and works in tech.
