Taking over lease of fully furnished apartment ($1000 for furnitures)

Here is the deal:

I'm leaving my apartament in Palo Alto. It is fully furnished. I've been living here for about three years. I've spent thousands of dollars in fornitures, appliances, etc. since I moved in.

I will sell all that you see in the apartment besides my personal items for $1000. More pictures are available, including kitchen appliances, a small gym, etc. SUpost let me upload only 4 pictures.

I agreed with my landlord that, if you are interested and upon successful application, you can take over my lease at $2,095 monthly.

The apartment will be available on August 15 and you will pay to me $1000 for the remaining two weeks of that month, than making regular payments starting from the following month.

This an extremely spacious apartment with lots of natural light located about two miles from Stanford, and at walking distance from CalTrain. Any major store is within biking distance. A private parking space is included in your rent. There is a swimming pool and an in site laundry room.

If you like I can have the carpet professionally cleaned for you before entring the apartment. It was done just two months ago. I can throw in also two bikes for additional $50.

This is a great deal that will save you thousands of dollars if your are relocating to Palo Alto.
