I have a very beautiful 2-floor furnished townhouse apartment and subletting a private furnished bedroom (with bed, study table, dresser, lamp) for 2 months. It's a townhome style furnished apartment (2 floor) with private patio, see pictures. It's on the first floor with staircase entrance (nothing above it) in a quiet, green residential area and there is plenty of street parking.

Close To Shopping, Dining and Area Attractions etc.

Dates and Pricing:
Sublet temporary only for 2 weeks Dec 8 - Dec 23 and no longer stay option available unfortunately.

Rent of $500/week.
Total Rent will be room rent + prorated utilities separate to be split/per usage. Deposit of $500 is refundable based on returning house in similar condition as given.

Non-Smoker (outside smoking is fine), no drugs, and no pets
No frequent overnight guests
Vegetarian preferred (prefer no no-veg inside house please, outside it's of course your choice)
A no-nonsense financially stable roommate is must
Please keep it clean like home
