We’re a co-ed group of young professionals living in Sunnyvale.

Here’s a little bit about some of us living in the house: We’re a group of graduate students, young doctor, techies, and entrepreneurs.

All of the common areas are stacked with shared items, such as furniture, a television, and kitchenware. Rent and utilities are fixed and paid online through a rental portal--no more hassling over bills at the end of every month. Amenities includes wi-fi and cleaners 2x per month. Bathrooms are shared, but is never an issue among the housemates! We’re clean and respectable people ;) We are offering a short-term 3-month lease, with the option of extending it if you like living with us!
