We’re looking to add a lively and respectful, hard-working professional or graduate student to our beautiful home!

The room we have available is a converted room (created w/ everblock wall) w/ it’s own private bath.

We’re super conveniently located to a plethora of grocery stores, shopping centers, cafes, and restaurants nearby, along the El Camino Real. We’re a 6-minute drive to bars and nightlife in Downtown. We’re also just a 10-minute drive to the beauty of Hidden Canyon and Hallmark Park

Our San Carlos bungalow has pretty landscaped gardens in the front and back outdoor spaces. The galley way kitchen features lots of cabinetry, professional grade stainless steel appliances, and granite marble counter space.

The adjacent common area/living space is quite accommodating with its generous size. The outdoor space is the real star of the house! The backyard paradise includes a hot tub jacuzzi, landscaped garden, and a stunning, expansive patio space complete with a breathtaking in-ground pool system.
