convenient biking distance to Stanford campus. (~ 12-15 minutes to the
main quad)
Walk to Sharon Heights Shopping Center - Safeway, Longs, Starbucks etc.
2 minutes from Stanford Golf Course
Just off Sand Hill Road.
Who we are looking for:
*Someone who is quiet, clean, and mature.
*We are vegetarians and would ideally want our roommate(s) to be as
well, but we are flexible.
*We are open to renting the room to a couple though a person renting
it alone would be preferable.

When is the room Available:
equally well. Lease is till October end, though very likely
extensible.
Rent:
$950 per month
Since we have been staying at this place for more than 2 years, we
have been getting a very good deal. The current rent of other similar
apartments in the area is considerably higher ($2300+ for two
bedrooms)
One month deposit
~$40 per person for internet and gas. Water and Cable are free
