I had this TV tuner card in my desktop, but had to take it out when I installed a new graphics card.
It is a WinTV HVR-1250, and words perfectly. Has video inputs for coaxial cable, RCA, and S-video as well as a 3.5 mm headphone/aux audio input. Fits into a PCIe x1 or x16 slot on your computer.
