Peaceful neighborhood. Close to everything (grocery; San Antonio Shopping Center, Charleston Shopping Center, Alma, 101, etc). About 7-10 minute drive from / to Stanford campus.

THE ROOMS:
Each room is furnished. Large bed. Linens provided. Spacious wardrobe.
Room 1: ($1695 + separate $165 for all utilities). Deposit required; same amount as rent.
Room 2: ($1725 + separate $165 for all utilities). Deposit required; same amount as rent.

NOTE:
If you're not independent, or have a need to cook, or cannot cope in absolute serenity and quiet, or need an air-conditioned place, all those are understandable but in such case, this place won't work for you.
