The room:
Required minimum of 1 YEAR lease
Two cute, spacious private room that can fit a queen-sized bed comfortably and other furniture (like a desk and night-stand). Ample closet space and 2 windows for lots of sunlight and cross-circulation of fresh air! Base rent is $1350 and the room will be empty.
You will be sharing one bathroom with another female roommate in her mid-twenties who is really cool and generous and a Stanford employee.

I can provide pictures of the other room upon request, but it's dimensions and look are similar (also two windows, good space)
The house:
Fully furnished and fully-stocked (HUGE) kitchen with supplies and dishes! Central heating and air-conditioning with high-speed internet. Utilities are about $50-80/month depending on the season.
Very big common area with dinette. Overall fun and laid-back environment.
You will be living with 4 other people, 2 guys (twin brothers), and 2 girls in their twenties and thirties.
The girls are a Stanford graduate and Stanford employee, while the guys work in tech startups affiliated.
A little dog named Naya will also be an extra roommate (she is very cute, but allergic folk beware).
The location:
Located in a quiet neighborhood off of Oregon Expressway. The closest grocery store and coffeeshop are a 5-minute walk away. The house is otherwise conveniently located about a 20-minute bike ride from Stanford's main campus and a shuttle bus comes right off the street by the house! The closest caltrain station is about a 12-minute bike ride (or 7 minute drive) away. If you're a walker, it would take about 45-minute to walk to downtown Palo Alto (or a 15-minute bike ride, or 7 minute car ride).
The rent:
Rent is about $1350-1390 +/-40 per month without utilities. Security deposit is the first-month's rent and will be negotiated with the landlord. Move-in date is June 1st but can be negotiated to about a week earlier if needed!

Please send an e-mail about yourself a little bit, what space you're looking for/how long you would like to rent for, what you do, and when would be a good time for a face-time (or in-person if you're in the area) interview/tour of the house!
If you consider yourself clean, cooperative, cool (and don't smoke/engage in illicit substances) you're highly encouraged to apply!
