Two rooms available in 4 bedroom Brighton MA

Looking for 2 roommates in a 4 bedroom in Brighton MA starting September 1st.

We're a few mins' walk from the Sutherland T stop in Brighton as well as the Englewood T stop in Cleveland Circle.

The apartment itself is on the second and third floor of a converted Victorian, so it boasts a massive open floor living room/kitchen as well as a cute balcony. We have free laundry in the basement.

You'll be sharing a bathroom with two other roommates.

The open room is on the second floor and it has tons of sunlight as well as a gorgeous view out onto the garden/lawn at the back of the house. The room can easily fit a queen bed -- and already has a dresser installed.

Rent is $1220/mo. Utilities run about $40 in the summer to $250 in the winter. The landlord requests first/last up front.

A bit about the roommates: I'm a 31M year old software dev who's lived here about 5 years. My roomate is a 32 year old nonbinary program manager for an assisted living program.

For accessibility: It has one set of stairs to get up to the house and then another set to get up to the apartment. The stairs are narrow-ish (but tall ceilings! Makes it a little easier to move furniture in).
