Timber House has rooms available, and we're looking for people to join us in our four-bedroom home! There's a medium-sized bedroom and a master-bedroom available (yes the same bed is pictured in both rooms, but they are different rooms!)
About us:
- Outdoorsy group of twenty-somethings
- We enjoy hiking, climbing, projects, tech stuff, playing board games together, having tea, doing tea, drinking tea, and occasionally talking about poop
- We have house meetings to check in formally and all pitch in with chores to keep the house clean
- We often enjoy preparing tasty, healthy meals for each other
Room details:
- Large (250 square feet) private bedroom with huge closet, semi-private bathroom, and porch to the backyard
- $1530/month (utilities, which are split, not included)
Medium Room details:
- Approximately 10'x12' private bedroom with large closet
- $990/month (utilities, which are split, not included)
House details:
- Large common area (including sleeping nook, see photos) where we play games, work, make crafts, chat, laugh, etc.
- Big, well-stocked kitchen (with a sizable island, see photo) that is managed communally, where we cook and bake with love, eat together when we can, and dance to silly songs
- Huge, wildish backyard (see photos) with a hammock, many fruit trees, a budding garden, and a stinky compost pile at the back
- Located in a quiet family neighborhood with plenty of parks, dogs, and parking
- Walking distance to Caltrain
- Near all the grocery stores (and some cute markets), a really yummy boba place, and a movie theater coming soon
