Long version
Two of the three roommates are moving out of our lovely Menlo Park apartment and moving on to the next stage of their careers, and we're sad to be separating but excited to meet you!

About the house:

• private bedroom, shared bathroom with the other new roommate (this is a regular room, not the master bedroom)
• nice wooden floors and lots of natural light
• 3 bedroom, 2 bath apartment

About the people:

• 1 recent neuroscience PhD graduate currently working as a postdoc
• loves photography, puzzle hunts, softball, and social dancing

About the location:

• safe quiet neighborhood, near downtown Menlo Park shops and restaurants

• 10 minute walk to Menlo Park caltrain

• lots of running trails nearby

• 4 blocks to Trader Joe's and Safeway

• 10-15 minute bike ride to Stanford campus

Logistics & Finances:

• $1250 rent, + utilities and wifi (usually about $60 a month)
• street parking available with permit
• move in starting June 15th, lease ends at the end of September (with option to renew)
• one room could be partially furnished

What we're looking for:

• preferably female, queer-friendly
• clean, respectful, ability to pay rent on time
• no couples sharing a single room, no pets
