It is a very large apartment with two living rooms, each with a working fireplace, and several balconies. Really have to see it to appreciate it.

One bedroom available is medium sized. Currently fits chair, desk, queen sized bed and shelves easily. This room shares a bathroom with one other resident- female grad student. Rent for this room is $920/month plus split 1/3 utilities.

The second bedroom for rent is the master bedroom, which is extremely large and includes a private bathroom with lots of storage space. The master bedroom has two closets and a private balcony. Rent for this room is $1400/month plus split 1/3 utilities.

The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood but only a 5 min walk to two big supermarkets and other amenities. It is also close to hiking and biking trails. It is about a 30 min walk, or less than a 10 minute bike ride to Caltrain and has easy access to highway 101 and 280, which makes it ideal for commuters as well. The apartment is very spacious and common areas are currently fully furnished, including the kitchen and the living room, although some furniture could be sold to accommodate new tenants.

You will be living with one Stanford grad student who is very easy-going and values great company and whoever takes the other room. Longer-term tenants preferred.
