Two rooms in an amazing 3 BR condo, great location (san jose west)

My two awesome housemates are moving on and I’m looking for some more amazing people to take their place. We have two rooms that share a large bathroom available from Aug 1st, each for $1150 per month. The deposit is the final months rent plus an additional $250 bond. Utilities run around ~$50 a month, with an additional $20 for internet.

The first room is light, airy, with east-facing windows and an amazing view of downtown and the surrounding hills. It has a large walk-in closet, and has plenty of space for a bed, desk, dresser etc. The second room is very similar, just with a smaller closet. Both rooms are unfurnished. The room also comes with a secure garage parking space.

The common areas in the apartment are furnished, with a large living room, a fully stocked kitchen with lots of storage space, in apartment washer/dryer combo, a large balcony and package lockers for Amazon etc deliveries. We are centrally located, about two blocks from Diridon Caltrain (1 hr max travel time to Stanford), close to downtown SJ, easy access to Hwy’s 280 and 87 and close to multiple grocery stores. There is a soccer field with a running track around it right across the road from the community.

About me, I’m a mid-thirties female Aussie expat who works as a cancer researcher at Stanford. Currently working from home during the COVID SIP but this is likely to change when/if things improve.

I’m looking for a clean, responsible, friendly and somewhat sociable housemate with preference for people looking for a longer-term lease. Prior to signing our property manager will run a public record and credit check.
