Two rooms in sunny, spacious quiet EPA house

Hi Everyone,

We’re looking to rent two rooms in our very large, spacious, four-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house. Each room is $1,175, and water, electricity, and Internet add an additional $50 or so a month. We have two garage parking spots, two driveway parking spots, and street parking. The lease starts September 1. One one room is ready for move-in, and the other can be ready around August 27/28.

Both rooms are on the second floor, have walk-in closets and are mirror images of each other. Both have windows facing the front of the house.

We are located in the very nice, quiet suburban area in East Palo Alto, easy walking distance to Target and Nordstrom Rack. As you can see there are lots of trees and we are just a few houses from the local park, where you can BBQ on weekends.

The kitchen is large and open, adjacent to a kitchen. Oven, microwave, and fridge work fine. The living room is also very large and spacious, with plenty of natural light if you want to lounge around. There is also a living room area at the front of the house which we have not fully furnished yet. We have a lovely backyard, though we are replanting a bunch of plants so it’s a bit messy right now.

Other than that, we are looking for someone who is laid-back, quiet (not hosting parties or social gatherings during weekdays), clean and generally neat (but we understand when life gets hectic!), and a good communicator.
