Two rooms opening December 15th in Menlo Park

Hey, two of our roommates are moving out on December 15th and so we are looking for some good people to replace them.
This is a house. 3 bedroom, one bath, good-sized kitchen, backyard, garage, free parking.
We are in Menlo Park, about a 5 minute drive to campus, 15 minute bike ride.
The rooms opening up are:
A single for $1050
A shared room for $750
Utilities usually run $35-$55 per month per person (4 roommates total)

The two returning roommates are male

The house is set to be demolished at some point in the future. The landlord keeps putting it off and has offered us to extend our lease until at least June 15th 2015. We could probably stay longer if we wanted. Anyway, because it's set to be demolished, the landlord has allowed us to paint on the walls and kind of do whatever we want to the house as we will be his last tenants. So there are cool paintings all over the house and room for more. The landlord is a good guy and a licensed contractor so he's great at keeping everything working.

We need to have people committed to these rooms by October 14th.
