Two furnished rooms with separate entrance, bathroom, and kitchenette will be available for rent January 22nd. Cable and wireless is included. Rent is $1000/month- + utilities (usually less than $50/month). The apartment/rooms are located about 5 miles from campus, and biking back and forth has worked well for me thanks to bike lanes and flat terrain.
I am making this post to help my landlord finding a new tenant, as I will finish my academic exchange program here at Stanford on January 22nd.
