Two week Rains sublet MOVE-IN TOMORROW (August 1-16) $500

My bedroom in a Rains 4 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is available for move-in starting tomorrow, August 1st through Saturday, August 16th. The rent is $500 including utilities for the two weeks (equal to half the monthly rent of $1,000). The apartment is fully furnished and comes with three friendly and tidy male students. A $250 security deposit will cover potential damages or loss of keys and will be returned at the end of the sublet following the return of keys, provided there are no Stanford Housing charges for damages.

Stanford Housing policy states that sublicensees must be a incoming or current Stanford affiliates who can show proof of Stanford affiliation. Minors, undergraduates, and those not in good standing with the University are
not eligible to sublicense.
