You will sign a new lease with two female working professional roommates. There is a washer and dryer in the basement as well as a driveway and street parking. Full use of the kitchen with your own shelf and cabinet space. The apartment is only a 10-12 minute walk to the North Quincy Red Line T station. There are many restaurants and bubble tea/coffee shops nearby, along with a Stop and Shop and Target. Very quiet neighborhood. No couples, no pets, no smoking. Credit check required. • Gas (winter): ~$120-210/mo per person
