I am moving states and am looking for a woman to take over my room in a 3br 1b apartment in North Quincy. The room is available on July 19th (actual move-in date flexible) and will be completely unfurnished. You will sign a new lease with two female roommates -- one works in a hospital and the other works in a restaurant. Neither has traditional 9-5 hours. There is a washer and dryer in the basement as well as a driveway and street parking. Full use of the kitchen with your own shelf and cabinet space. The apartment is only a 10-12 minute walk to the North Quincy Red Line T station. Many restaurants and bubble tea/coffee shops nearby, along with a Stop and Shop and Target. Very quiet neighborhood. • Gas (winter): ~$120-210/mo per person

• Gas (spring/fall) ~$70/mo per person
