Unfurnished Room in 3 bed/1 bath house next to Stanford campus

I have an unfurnished room available immediately in a 3 bedroom/1 bath house next to Stanford campus in College Terrace.

The house is small and pretty basic, but it has hardwood floors and a great patio under a redwood tree.

Room size is 11.5 x 9.75'. It faces south, so it gets some good light, but there are lots of trees around, so it's still pretty shaded.

You'd be living with me, a male in his late 40s, along with my 7 year old daughter, who is over 3-4 nights per week.
