[Update] Sublet room in 3bed,1bath Haight-Ashbury apt mid-Feb to June

I am leaving the country in mid February and looking to sublet my room in a beautiful 3 bedroom Haight-Ashbury apartment (corner of Waller and Central) until the lease expires at the end of June. My two roommates are smart, considerate, and sociable recent Stanford grads working in tech.

The apartment has hardwood floors throughout, a large living room with a 270 degree bay window, a large kitchen and a split bathroom. The bedroom itself is technically a formal Victorian dining room- however, it has its own doors to the hallway, large bay window and is as big as the other two bedrooms.

I currently have a bed frame, mattress and drawers in the room which I am trying to sell, either to the sublessee or someone else, before leaving. Because I am leaving the Bay Area permanently, I will most likely not agree to sublet the apartment "furnished" without the sublessee buying the furniture that he/she wishes to remain in the room.
